Job Description Location: New York, NY The Entertainment Associate will assist the VP, Digital Video English, Tech & New Development and the SVP, Global Audio on a wide range of tasks. The successful candidate will cover their administrative needs and act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders as needed. The Associate is expected to be a self-starter who can anticipate needs across leadership and team members, and can propose solutions to keep business moving forward. The successful candidate will be a super organized, tech-savvy, master communicator who is capable of understanding a complex working organization and finding new ways and opportunities to make an impact in the everyday needs of a video entertainment company. The successful candidate will be capable of juggling many tasks at once, including supporting leadership with org-oriented needs, working across Digital Video English & Global Audio to support all areas of the team and take charge of time management and schedules. A person who is willing to jump into the action and volunteer to take on opportunities and responsibilities that help support the team and align with their interests across digital video and audio will be successful in this role. Experience as an effective communicator and project manager at a digital media company is highly preferred. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own all administrative needs for the VP, Digital Video English, Tech & New Development and the SVP, Global Audio including managing calendars, phone correspondence, expenses, and travel arrangements
  • Manage communication among both internal and external stakeholders for leadership needs, department needs and facilitating communication for overall organizational needs
  • Support VP, Digital Video English, Tech & New Development and the SVP, Global Audio, with presentations, meeting materials and in-meeting support (agendas, notes and action items/recap emails)
  • Liaise among senior leadership team members and with other Condé Nast departments
  • Prepare effective presentations for the senior leadership team, develop goals and agendas for all meetings, and follow through on execution of identified goals
  • Attend all team meetings, distribute/manage agenda, take notes and circulate action plans.
  • Be a constant partner to supervisors and coordinate the status of creative development and production on all projects.
  • Develop an understanding of team workflows and individual member responsibilities with the goal of serving as a team-wide asset.
  • Contribute to workload with responsibilities that help manage the needs of the team and align with your overall interests
  • Learn and understand the organization, to help support requests, facilitate communication and direct people to the right places for answers.
  • Manage CNE-wide corporate meeting calendar and agendas within each meeting
  • Support CNE Organizational needs with documents, research and presentations
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Highly organized and motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Team player and effective communicator
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong writing skills
  • Expertise in Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc), Microsoft Office, and Project Management software
  • Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience are highly desirable
The expected base salary range for this position is from $56,500 -$64,000.
